Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

By purchasing Coatee products through our Site or App, you acknowledge and agree that all commercial fulfillment, including billing, shipping, and dispute resolution, is managed by our sister concern, Maxify Marketing LLP.

1. The “No-Guarantee” Disclaimer

Color Matching: We cannot guarantee a color match. Results depend on variables beyond our control, such as:

  • The age and weathering of the vehicle/surface.

  • Atmospheric conditions (humidity/temperature).

  • Improper surface preparation or application. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for color variance or dissatisfaction with DIY results.

2. Commercial & Shipping Logistics

All products are sold, billed, and dispatched by our sister concern.

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 7 working days. In case of transit delays, customers must wait 30 days before a refund request for non-delivery can be entertained.

3. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns in the case of manufacturing defects under the following strict conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 15 days of the shipping date.

  • Condition: Items must be in original, unopened packaging, and in unused condition.

  • Approval: All returns MUST be pre-approved by the sales staff of Maxify Marketing LLP. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at the sender’s expense.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made or special-order products are final sale and non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

4. Final Sale & Non-Refundable Scenarios

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We do not offer refunds or replacements if:

  • You changed your mind or decided not to use the product.

  • You found it cheaper elsewhere or hired a professional to do the work.

  • The vehicle was sold, traded, or the repair did not meet your personal expectations.

5. Refund Process

  • Approval: If a manufacturing defect is verified and a refund approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Deductions: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Timeline: Please allow 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Legal Jurisdiction & Disputes

All returns, replacements, and financial transaction disputes will be resolved exclusively by Maxify Marketing LLP.

  • Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by Indian law. Any and all legal proceedings, claims, or litigation arising from the use of our products or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
