Three shades, because a New Holland is rarely one colour

Most tractors give you one body colour and a bit of trim. A New Holland gives you a blue body, white panels and grey castings, often meeting along the same edge. That makes a poor touch-up obvious in a way it would not be on a single-colour machine, because the eye has a correct colour sitting right next to the repair for comparison.

Coatee matches all three. CN Bianco, CN Blue and CN D Grey are mixed to the original CNH factory shades, so a repaired panel reads as part of the machine rather than as a patch. The same shades apply across CNH and New Holland badged equipment, and between them they cover the full model range.

Working with more than one colour

If your repair crosses a colour boundary, do the lighter shade first and let it harden properly before masking over it. Fresh paint lifts when tape is pulled off it too early, and on a white panel that damage shows immediately. Mask with the tape edge just inside the boundary line rather than exactly on it, so the join reads as a natural edge instead of a ruled one.

How to touch up a CNH panel

1. Wash and degrease. Diesel film and mud stop paint bonding. Let the panel dry fully.
2. Take back any rust. Fine sandpaper until you reach clean metal. Paint over rust and it will lift within weeks.
3. Mask generously. Overspray carries further than expected, and white panels show every stray particle.
4. Shake well and spray light passes. Six to eight inches from the surface, can moving steadily. Two or three thin coats, never one heavy one.
5. Allow drying time between coats. A few minutes each. This is where most home jobs go wrong.

Does this fit my model?

Is CNH the same as New Holland?
New Holland is part of CNH, and the factory finishes are shared, so the same Coatee shades apply to equipment badged either way.

How many cans for a full fender?
One can covers 18 to 20 square feet in a single application, which handles a fender comfortably. For a bonnet or several panels, order two.

Will the white yellow over time?
CN Bianco is formulated to resist yellowing and chalking, but any white finish on a machine stored outdoors will age faster than one kept under cover.

Should I buy the kit instead?
