Shipping Policy (India)

At Coatee, we aim to deliver our specialized aerosol products safely and efficiently across India. All shipping, logistics, and billing operations for Coatee products are managed by our sister concern, Maxify Marketing LLP.

1. Shipping Administration & Origin

All orders are processed and dispatched from our primary logistics hub:

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders received before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are prioritized for same-day handover to our logistics partners.

  • Standard Dispatch Window: While we strive for speed, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be officially dispatched from our facility.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We partner with leading Indian logistics providers (including but not limited to Delhivery, FedEx, and India Post) to ensure wide coverage.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days post-dispatch.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–3 business days post-dispatch.

  • Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers. Indian Aerosols Pvt Ltd and Maxify Marketing LLPare not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or regional entry restrictions.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total volumetric weight of the aerosol cans and the destination pin code. Final shipping charges will be transparently displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email address/mobile number containing a unique Tracking ID. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the respective logistics partner’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Only: At this time, we only ship within the borders of India. We do not offer international shipping.

  • Aerosol Handling: As our products are pressurized aerosols, they are classified as “Hazardous Goods” for air transit. In certain cases, this may require surface transport, which could extend delivery times to remote locations.

7. Non-Delivery & Claims

In the rare event of a delay, customers are requested to wait for a period of 30 days from the date of order. If the package has not arrived within this window, you may contact us for a formal investigation and potential refund/reshipment.
