REFUND POLICY

At Coatee Spray, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. This Refund Policy explains our refund process and your rights as a customer.

We cannot guarantee 100% Color Match as it is dependent upon various factors like age of the vehicle, atmospheric conditions, improper applications etc.

1.Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

1. 1. You must have purchased the item from our Site or App.
   2. We only accept returns against manufacturing defects within 15 days from the shipping date of your order.
   3. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not be damaged or used.
   4. If applicable, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
   5. We generally ship the order within 7 working days from the date of your order is placed. In case of a delay, the customer is requested to wait for 30 days and after that customer can email us for a refund.
   6. Any returned merchandise that you wish to send back MUST be approved by a sales staff member of Maxify Marketing LLP.

2.Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at our email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and notify you of our decision.

If your request is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the item to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 10 Working days for the refund to be processed. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

3.Exclusions

We shall not be able to refund if:

1. You decided not to use the paint.
2. Found it cheaper elsewhere.
3. Decided to sell or trade the vehicle.
4. You were unhappy with the repair work. i.e. It did not come out the way you thought it should.
5. You did not like the paint.
6. You have decided to have someone else do the work.
7. You have changed your mind or for any other reason.
8. All sales are final. Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.

4.Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at our email as soon as possible. We may offer a replacement item or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

5.Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Refund Policy, we will notify you by posting a notice on our Site or App or by sending you an email. Your continued use of our Services after we make changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

6. Billing and Shipping

The Billing and Shipping of all the products sold on our website will be done by our sister concern
